- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Showed up an hour before they closed to submit our passport applications. Waited 10 minutes before being told they would only take two more families; there's NO sign indicating this rule, nor a note on the website. There were FOUR employees "working" and ONE taking applications. The others were so unprofessional and hanging around discussing how someone has a key to their drawer, money was missing, etc. When I called back to speak to a manager, no one answered the multiple times I called.By Megan Starkey, April 28, 2017
