- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Try to call this branch and speak to an associate. Go ahead. Just try. Then try again. After wading through the recorded options, the phone rings about five times, after which a cheerful recording tells you that "everyone is assisting customers," and then it hangs up. Do you see this map? This part of the world is called the Middle East. For as long as anyone can remember, it has been besieged by war, violence, and bloodshed. But after trying to speak to anyone at Bank Of America, I now believe that peace in the Middle East is more likely than a human being on the phone at this crappy, crappy bank.By Gordon Boudreau, August 13, 2017

The branch manager is always directing the line incorrectly, by allowing others to get in front of you or not allowing you to get in line, all the while people off the street walking in and hop in line when you could've got in line.
